Privacy Policy — Chat Agentic Gateway

This is the privacy notice for Chat Agentic Gateway, a development WhatsApp Cloud API app used by DCLLC (a rental business) for business and family operations. Messages are handled by an agent (AggreGator / DevBot).
What we collect
To send and receive WhatsApp messages, we process:
- WhatsApp phone numbers
- Message content
- Delivery and read receipts
We do not collect anything else for this app.
How we use it
We use this information only to send and receive WhatsApp messages for DCLLC operations. We do not sell it. We do not use it for ads.
Who sees it
Today, only Justin and Ashley of Deffinbaugh Collective LLC see the messages.
Meta / WhatsApp carries the messages. They are a processor for message transport.
How long we keep it
Operational logs stay on the agent computer. Inbound webhook events are stored as JSONL.
